Before any person or entity becomes a client of Efficient Consulting & Management Inc. (ECM), they are required to successfully complete our KYC and client onboarding protocol inclusive of associated fees. This process is in place to ensure that we comply with regulatory requirements and maintain the integrity of our client relationships.

4. AML (Anti-Money Laundering) Protocol

All funds received from clients will undergo a verification process as part of our AML protocol. This is essential to prevent money laundering and other financial crimes. (ECM)reserves the right to terminate services to any client who fails to comply with these Terms of Use, other internal directives, and any other regulatory requirements, now and in the future, provides false information, or engages in any unlawful activities.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Barbados and all other applicable directives to which Barbados is signatory to. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Barbados.
